We are a Bali-based CCTV installation team specialising in IP camera systems for villas, guesthouses and commercial properties across the island. Most of our clients are villa owners and property managers who do not live in Bali full time. Bali is a demanding environment for electronics. Tropical humidity sits high year-round, the rainy season drives water into any housing that is not sealed correctly, and coastal salt air corrodes standard mounting hardware within a couple of years. Cheap cabling left exposed to direct sun degrades within eighteen months and produces intermittent dropouts that are difficult to diagnose later. We account for all of this at the design stage: weatherproof IP66-rated cameras, conduit-protected cable runs, marine-grade hardware near the coast in Jimbaran, Uluwatu and Nusa Dua, and a UPS on the recorder and router so a power cut does not leave a gap in your footage.
Every installation starts with a coverage plan. Before any camera is mounted we agree exactly what each lens will see — the main gate, the villa entrance, the pool area, the carport, and any blind spots specific to your layout. A standard two to four bedroom villa is usually covered well by four cameras; larger compounds with guest pavilions or complex gardens need six to eight. More cameras is not automatically better. We work with Dahua, Hikvision and Uniview hardware — the three brands that are properly stocked, supported and serviceable in Indonesia. That matters more than it sounds: an imported brand with no local spare parts means a single failed camera can leave you waiting weeks. With locally supported hardware we can usually replace a failed unit on the same visit.
